We are open 7 days a week May 6 to October 31 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
You can park at Eric’s Shuttle Lot located at 1155 Chisago Street, Taylor Falls, MN.
Parking space can be limited on holiday weekends.
We recommend reservations if you want to guarantee a canoe or kayak for the day you arrive or if you plan on camping.
Reservations can be booked online at here. We accept debit or credit card. We only accept cash for in-person rentals.
We recommend a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children (Age 10 and under) in a canoe.
We only allow (1) adult per kayak (No children under the age of 13)
Eric only offers single kayak rentals. Kayak rates run $45.00 per day.
Yes. National Park Service campsites on the St. Croix river are first-come, first-serve based and do not require permits north of Taylor Falls Dam. Click here to the see the available watercraft camping spots along the river.
Eric's Canoe & Kayak Rental does not offer refunds. If you pay in advance, your purchase is good for the entire season so please contact us to reschedule. Our contact number is 651-270-1561.

For more than 20 years Eric has been offering canoe and kayak rentals along the St. Croix River.
Originally from Alaska, Eric is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys the outdoor beauty that St. Croix Falls offers on and off the river.
